Luchy Luxe Multi-Cleaning Services has adapted this website to comply with the requirements of the LOPD (Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data), which regulates the obligations of any party involved in any stage of personal data processing, and the LSSI (Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce), which governs electronic commerce. So, if you plan to create an online store as part of a business activity, you will want to know what obligations this law imposes on you.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between CUSTOMERS and Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services, Inc. (a separate legal entity based in Tampa, Florida, engaged in residential and commercial cleaning services).
These Terms and Conditions govern the browsing and use of the website www.luchyluxe.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Sites”), provided in connection with our cleaning services.
As used in this document, the term “Service” or “Services” refers to any service we make available to you, including, but not limited to, our residential and commercial cleaning services. By accessing any of our Sites or using any Product or Service provided by Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and by the collection and use of your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy (available at [www.Luchyluxe.com/PrivacyPolicy.com] and incorporated herein by reference), regardless of whether you are a registered account holder or a user of our Services.
This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and third parties (“CUSTOMERS”) who access the Sites and also applies to the performance of our Services, including, but not limited to, our residential and commercial cleaning services.
TERMS OF USE
GENERAL PROVISIONS REGARDING TERMS OF USE
These terms govern the contractual service relationship between Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services and site CLIENTS who purchase one or more home, business, or corporate cleaning services.
LEGAL CAPACITY
Services are available only to individuals with the legal capacity to enter into contracts in the United States. Individuals lacking such capacity, as well as minors, may not use the services. Any actions taken by such individuals on this site shall be the responsibility of their parents or guardians and are deemed to have been performed by said parents or guardians in the exercise of their legal representation. Anyone registering a Client as a company must have the authority to contract on behalf of that entity and to bind it to the terms of this agreement.
CLEANING SERVICES OFFERED
GENERAL CLEANING SERVICES FOR RESIDENCES AND OFFICES
LUCHY LUXE MULTI CLEANING SERVICES offers—via the website—the option to purchase hourly general cleaning services (3, 4, or 8 hours) for buildings, apartment complexes, private schools and educational institutions, and homes, subject to prior booking and payment.
The cleaning activities included in the contracted service are detailed below:
HOME CLEANING

 dusting non-fragile decorative objects,
 dusting televisions,
 dusting lamps and light fixtures located no higher than 1.50 meters from the floor,

 disposing of trash and changing trash bags.
Kitchen Cleaning:
 General kitchen cleaning
 (sweeping, mopping), exterior cleaning of range hoods,
 general degreasing,
 Cleaning of stovetops/cooktops,
 Exterior cleaning of the refrigerator
 Exterior and interior cleaning of the microwave,
 Cleaning of countertops and cabinets.
Bedroom Cleaning
 General bedroom cleaning,
 Making the bed,
 Exterior cleaning of furniture,
 sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming,
Bathroom Cleaning:
 Cleaning and disinfection of the bathroom area,
 Cleaning of mirrors,
 Cleaning of sinks,
 Cleaning of bathtub/shower, degreasing,
 Cleaning of surfaces,
 Sweeping and mopping,
 Emptying trash and changing the liner,
 Deodorizing bathrooms

Tidiness and Pets
Clutter
To facilitate our work, please leave the area tidy. This means that clothes, toys, and general items must be picked up off the floor.
Pets and Animals
Please secure your pets appropriately (e.g., in a travel carrier or crate). We are pet-friendly, but Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services is not responsible for them.
Additional Surcharges (Subject to Prior Client Authorization)

 Laundry (Washing and Drying): Sorting and washing clothes by texture and color, subject to prior client authorization,
SERVICE EXCLUSIONS
 Provision of specialized machinery for removing heavy grease, grime, or mold from kitchens, bathrooms, or walls.
 Food preparation.  Specialized floor treatment; cleaning of carpets, curtains, and
 rugs.
 High-level cleaning (defined as work at heights in accordance with OSHA 18000 standards).
 Care for children, the elderly, individuals with serious health conditions,
 and pets.
 Gardening and specialized indoor and outdoor plant care.
 Running errands and paying utility bills.
 Use of highly corrosive acids or chemical agents.
 Receipt of goods and/or money.
CLARIFICATION:
Should specialized cleaning be required, the client may arrange for it by contacting us via email.
BUILDING CLEANING (OFFICES, APARTMENT COMPLEXES, COMMERCIAL PREMISES, PRIVATE SCHOOLS, CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION SITES)
INCLUDED SERVICES
Common Areas:
 Cleaning of hallways,
 Meeting rooms,
 Filing areas and other common areas,
 Cleaning and care of chairs, furniture, and tables,
 General cleaning of blinds, curtains, blackout shades, etc.,
 Cleaning of windows and interior glass in offices, workstations, meeting rooms,
 Common areas and doors,
 Cleaning of walls, railings, staircases, partitions, and modular dividers,
 Cleaning of decorative items, paintings, lamps, and light fixtures located no higher than 1.50 meters from the floor,
 Trash removal and bag replacement,
 Cleaning and watering of indoor plants and gardens; watering of outdoor office gardens; cleaning of tools, equipment, and utensils used for the cleaning service.
Offices:
 Office cleaning (sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming),
 Partitions, desks,
 Tables, books, paintings, decorative objects,
 Shelving units, shelves, filing cabinets, and drawer units,
 Exterior cleaning of computers, telephones, printers, photocopiers, and other administrative equipment. Restrooms:
 Cleaning (sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming),
 disinfection of toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, dispensers, hand dryers, accessories, mirrors, walls, doors and partitions, floors, and trash bins,
 restroom deodorizing,
 general degreasing.
Floors and upholstery:
 Cleaning (sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming),
 washing and vacuuming of carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
Outdoor areas:
 Cleaning of patios, sidewalks, entrances, gardens, green spaces, and areas surrounding the office.
Cafeteria Service:
 Cleaning (sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming),
 Making rounds to collect items used for food consumption.
 Cleaning and disinfecting the cafeteria area; washing, drying, and storing dishware; cleaning countertops and furniture.
SERVICE EXCLUSIONS
 Preparation of coffee, tea, herbal infusions, etc., or serving hot beverages.
 Use of specialized machinery to remove heavy grease, grime, or mold from kitchens, bathrooms, or walls.
 Food preparation.
 Deep cleaning of floors, carpets, curtains, rugs, etc.
 Specialized floor treatment.
 Cleaning at heights exceeding 1.50 meters from the floor. “Work at heights” is defined
 according to OSHA standards.
 Gardening and specialized plant care.
CLARIFICATION NOTE:
Hazard and safety signage used at the workplace will be supplied by Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services. This signage consists of specific measures for work sites, allowing us to control risks or hazards for the CLIENT while Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services performs its work.
SERVICE DURATION
At the time of booking, the CLIENT agrees with the CONTRACTOR (Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services) on the duration of the service.
The service duration cannot be modified without the express acceptance of the CONTRACTOR.
The requested cleaning activities will be carried out within the contracted timeframes (3, 4, and 8 hours) and in the order specified by the CLIENT. If the total required activities exceed the time contracted for their completion, the CLIENT may book a new service, adding the additional HOURS needed to finish the cleaning.
ASSIGNMENT OF GENERAL CLEANING SERVICES
Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services INC may assign a cleaning expert other than the one originally selected to the CLIENT, provided that expert can fulfill the scheduled time and service requirements. When booking, the CLIENT shall specify the service duration, start time, and cleaning activities to be performed to the CONTRACTOR. Activities will be carried out within the contracted timeframes (3, 4, and 8 hours). Should the cleaning expert be unable to complete all activities requested by the CLIENT, the CLIENT must book a new service.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMS REGARDING INCORRECT PRODUCTS, AND PAYMENT REVERSAL
Online and mobile service rules
By using our Sites, you agree not to: (i) provide or use fraudulent, false, misleading, or inaccurate personal or contact information, or impersonate a third party; (ii) upload, transmit, or display on any of our Sites any content, data, or material that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes upon our intellectual property rights or those of any third party, including any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information of any third party; (iii) restrict any other User from using or accessing any of our Sites, including, without limitation, by hacking or defacing any part of our Sites; (iv) violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance; (v) engage in spamming; (vi) transmit any software or other content, data, or material containing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, defects, or other destructive elements; (vii) modify, adapt, translate, distribute, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of our Sites, or remove any trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or displayed on any part of our Sites; or (viii) collect any personally identifiable information—including, without limitation, Account information—from the Sites. • Purchasing services or making purchases on our sites
If you wish to purchase any product or service through our Sites, we will ask you to provide certain information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, payment information, shipping and billing addresses, and other requested information.
Any such information will be handled in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. All information you provide to us or to our third-party payment processor must be current, complete, and accurate. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHODS USED TO INITIATE ANY TRANSACTION ON THE SITES.
Descriptions, images, features, specifications, products, pricing, and availability of any product or service are subject to change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our current, available products and services—and their related features—on our Sites.
We may, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice: (i) change the products or services we provide; (ii) limit the availability or quantity of any product or service; (iii) discontinue or stop providing products, services, or features thereof; (iv) permanently or temporarily cancel or suspend your access to the Services for any reason—including, without limitation, any violation of this Agreement—or for no reason at all; (v) impose conditions on any coupon or promotional offer;
Billing
Cancellations
For recurring commercial CLIENTS, you must provide thirty (30) days’ notice of cancellation. Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services specifically reserves days and hours to serve our recurring commercial CLIENTS; therefore, if you fail to provide the required thirty (30) days’ notice, Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge for the cleaning scheduled for you within that thirty-day period using the payment method we have on file, or to charge a $30.00 cancellation fee.
We only accept written notices via email, postal mail, or in person.
For all other CLIENTS, you may cancel your cleaning service booking by notifying us of your intent to cancel at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled cleaning time. Any appointment cancelled less than twenty-four hours before the scheduled cleaning time will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.
Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to cancel appointments at our sole discretion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the terms of this Agreement, if Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services cancels a scheduled appointment for the Services, we will refund any fees or charges you have already paid us for said scheduled appointment, provided that the cancellation is not due to any act or omission on the part of the CLIENT.
Refunds and Complaints
If, upon completion of our service, the CLIENT identifies a specific non-conformity regarding the cleaning, we will return to clean the area. If we still fail to meet your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund of the amounts paid. If you have a complaint regarding the products or services provided by Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services, please contact us using the contact information provided at the end of this document.
Payment; Taxes
You agree to pay all charges incurred on your Account or by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with your Account. Additionally, you agree to pay any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to any purchase of products or services from Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services.
Safety
Our representatives are very important to us, and we are committed to keeping them safe. In addition to the obligations and warranties set forth in this document, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services reserves the right to conduct a workplace safety assessment prior to the start of any work to evaluate health and safety risks associated with the location and the residence or building.
Clarifying Note
We will not use ladders or move any item weighing more than 40 pounds. If you wish for us to clean behind heavy appliances or furniture—such as a refrigerator, oven, or sofa—you must move or relocate them prior to the cleaning visit to allow access to those areas. We reserve the right, either before or during the provision of Services, to decline the use of—or discontinue the use of—any cleaning materials or equipment provided by you if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that the use of such materials or equipment poses a health or safety risk. Furthermore, either before or during the provision of the Services, we may choose not to provide—or to suspend—the Services if, in our sole and absolute discretion, providing them poses a health and safety risk.
Additionally, if any member of your household uses syringes, they must ensure the syringes are properly capped or safely disposed of; any secure container—such as a plastic bottle with a lid—may be used to store used syringes and/or needles prior to final disposal.
Any accidental needlestick injury poses serious health risks to our representatives and constitutes a health and safety risk in our sole and absolute discretion.
Access to Residences and Corporate Buildings (Keys or Lockboxes)
You may choose how we access your residence or building:
You can open the door for us; hide a key in a secure location known only to you and the Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services representative; authorize us via the leasing office manager; or provide us with a copy of your key. Rest assured that no personal information identifying your name or address will be used to label your keys; we use only a random internal code. For security reasons, we do not store keys in the same office where client addresses are kept, nor do we make copies of the keys.
Appointment Time Windows
We reserve the right to arrive for scheduled appointments within a 90-minute window. For example, if your cleaning is scheduled between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM, our team will arrive within that 90-minute timeframe. This allows us to create routes based on service locations.
Damaged Items
If a Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services representative breaks an item or causes damage to your property during a scheduled cleaning, you must submit a damage report within 48 hours of the service date, notifying the company via email, phone, or in person.
You must provide the following information:
(1) what was damaged;
(2) the replacement cost (fair market value of the item);
(3) images showing the damage.
Upon receiving a damage report, Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services will first interview the representatives who cleaned your residence. If, after reviewing the damage report and interviewing representatives from Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services, it is determined—at the company’s sole discretion—that Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services is responsible for the damage, the company may, at its sole discretion, pay for or repair the damaged item or refund the money paid for the cleaning service.
•Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, shareholders, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any and all losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of: (i) your use of and access to the Sites; (ii) your use of and access to the Services, including, without limitation, cleaning services; (iii) your violation of any term of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy; (iv) your violation of any third-party right, including, without limitation, any privacy right or intellectual property right; and (v) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Sites, products, and services, including all materials incorporated herein, are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You expressly agree that your use of the Sites is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our directors, officers, shareholders, managers, members, contractors, and agents disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade.
NOTE: Certain applicable laws may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
- Limitation of liability
…even if a remedy found herein fails of its essential purpose. You specifically acknowledge that the Company Parties are not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by other users or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with you. Furthermore, the Company Parties shall have no liability to you or any third party regarding third-party content. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the products is to obtain a refund, at our sole discretion; and your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the services is to stop using the services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum liability of the Company Parties arising out of or relating in any way to our provision of (or failure to provide) the products or services shall be the actual price paid by you for them. NOTE: Certain jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential, or other types of damages, so some of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. Internet Delays
Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services’ services and sites may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. We are not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damages resulting from such issues.
Jurisdiction
Our sites are controlled and operated from the United States. Our sites are not subject to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than the United States. We do not represent or warrant that any of our sites, products, and/or services—or any part thereof—are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the sites do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We may limit the availability of our sites, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and at our sole discretion.
•Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court located in Hillsborough County, Florida, United States of America, and to waive any objections regarding jurisdiction, venue, or forum non conveniens with respect to such courts.
- Entire Agreement
This is the entire agreement between us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements between us regarding such subject matter.
- Assignment
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, with or without prior notice, to (i) any affiliate of Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services, or (ii) any party (or its affiliates) that acquires all or substantially all of the assets or shares of Luchy Luxe Multi Cleaning Services or any affiliate of Luchy Luxe, whether by merger or otherwise. These Terms are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you, except with our prior written consent.
- Amendment
These Terms may not be modified or amended, except as set forth in the introductory section of these Terms.
- Headings
Any headings or section titles contained in this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and in no way define or explain any section or provision of these Terms.
- Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to our Sites and your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, we may terminate your access if you violate the terms of this Agreement. In the event of termination for any reason, your right to access and/or use our Sites and your Account shall immediately cease. Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access, and we may delete any information, files, or materials in or related to your Account. Following cancellation, we may delete all information, files, and materials related to your Account, and we shall have no obligation to retain or make such information, files, or materials available to you.
